If you have a WIFI version unit you can access the WIFI from the settings. The settings button is at the back of the units
The WIFI games market is only avalibale on WIFI enabled units. To access the WIFI games market you need to connect to your WIFI from the settings menu. The settings button is on the back of the units. Once you are connectted you can access the games market
The majority of our units come with a protective screen over the top of the artwork. Please carefully peel this off.
You can return your order for a replacement or refund. Send back to our returns address below. We acan only refund if all parts of the order are recieved and the same as you received it.
Please put a note inside with your information on.
Please send back using FedEx and purchase the postage through Parcel2go website.
We will reinburse the postage for all retruns that are faulty.

Ensure the unit is switch on and the HDMI is on the correct source on your TV.
The SD card may of come loose in transit. Unscrew the unit and ensure the SD card in inserted correctly.
If all fails you can send back for a replacement. See this support page on how to return.

Yes you can add your own games/roms from your pc.
1/ Unscrew the aracde unit to maccess the micro sd card.
2/ put the micro sc card into your micro card slot on your pc. If you do not have a micro sd card slot you would need to use a sd card adapter or a micro sd card to usb adapter.
3/ Locate the largest folder on the micro sd card and open.
4 / Put 3d games into the 3d folder and 2d games into the 2d folder.
5/ Put the micro sd card back into th arcade and search for your game.
